To realize the whole filling process, only the filling gun needs to be manually stuck on the angle valve, and the equipment automatically opens the angle valve, fills gas, automatically recovers residual gas, automatically cuts off, automatically closes the valve and automatically takes off the gun. 8-24 station operation requires only one person to operate.
Supporting equipment includes conveyor, automatic code reader, empty weight bottle inspection, leak detection machine, sealing machine, bottle washing machine, bottle coding machine, etc.
It can realize pre-filling inspection, one bottle and one code can be traced back to filling records and post-filling inspection.
