1. Steel cylinder pre-inspection device
The steel cylinder is automatically read on the filling line to judge whether it is qualified or not. The automatic code reading device automatically scans the two-dimensional code on the steel cylinder. After scanning, the two-dimensional code information is compared with the steel cylinder database. The qualified steel cylinder read automatically passes through the identification system, and the unqualified steel cylinder is automatically pushed out of the filling line for manual processing. Unqualified steel cylinders include: damaged and dirty bar codes, too high or too low positions, non-company steel cylinders, overdue maintenance, no files, etc.
2. Empty bottle code reading, identification and matching device
It is composed of automatic code reader, code reading control cabinet and identification matching system software.
When the empty bottle arrives at the code reading station, the code reading device automatically reads the two-dimensional code label of the steel cylinder shield, the qualified steel cylinder is transported to the bottle loading place, and the bottle is automatically loaded to the designated station of the turntable. The electronic scale automatically matches the scale number, steel cylinder label number, filling weight and other information and uploads it to the monitoring system software.
3. Heavy bottle code reading and identification device
It is composed of automatic code reader, code reading control cabinet and identification system software.
When the heavy bottle arrives at the code reading station, the code reading device automatically reads the two-dimensional code label of the steel cylinder shield, re-checks the heavy bottle information, carries out the next process if it is qualified, and pushes out the production line if it is unqualified.
