Product Introduction
The production line has the functions of automatic refrigerant filling, residual material recovery, transportation, re-weighing, heat sealing, rejection of unqualified products, steering adjustment, dangerous standard detection, code spraying, bottle label pasting, stacking label pasting, pallet delivery and robot palletizing. The whole line is filled with empty bottles and cartons manually, safety pins are taken, plastic caps of filling ports are screwed, guns are loaded manually, vacuum is automatically pumped for filling and recycling, guns are loaded manually, caps are loaded manually, and heat shrinkable film is placed after filling. Automatic film wrapping can be completed after the end of the palletizing. The pallet adopts standard wooden pallet, which is automatically transported by the pallet feeder.
