The angle valve sealing machine for liquefied petroleum gas cylinders uses the hot air generated by this equipment to seal the angle valves of various types of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders (e.g. 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 50kg) that have been filled through heat shrinkable plastic sleeves. After sealing, it can effectively avoid the damage of the angle valve after the dust and dirt enter the angle valve, and can effectively protect the angle valve. The intact sealing plastic sleeve can completely make the user sure that the capacity, quality and safety indicators of the cylinder meet the technical requirements, and provide reliable guarantee for the user. The plastic envelope can be printed on your company's name and mark, play the role of publicity and advertising, protect your company's reputation, consolidate your market position.
This equipment is explosion-proof design and consists of a main machine and an explosion-proof box. It can be used for sealing chain conveyors or fixed sites. In order to facilitate the use of non-conveyor filling stations, we install a high-temperature resistant long flexible tube for movable sealing. The tube is 1.5 meters long and can rotate freely. The sealing range is increased to a fan-shaped area with a radius of 1.5 meters, which is convenient for workers to operate and reduce their labor intensity.
The height of the air outlet of the sealing machine can be adjusted slightly according to the height of the cylinder.
