Product Introduction
The leak detector is composed of a bell-type acquisition head, a negative pressure acquisition pipeline, an intelligent gas sensor and a computer control system. When working, the bell-type acquisition head is vertically covered on the top of the filled liquefied gas cylinder, and the cylinder angle valve is sealed. At the same time, open the negative pressure collection pipeline for gas collection. If there is leakage at the steel cylinder valve, valve seat, valve stem, etc. in the bell jar, the leaked gas will be transmitted to the gas sensor along the negative pressure pipeline. The gas sensor will transmit the signal to the computer and judge whether the gas cylinder has leakage after amplification and analysis. If there is leakage, an alarm signal will be sent. After detection, the system will automatically push the leaking steel cylinder out of the production line. This machine is suitable for 10KG, 15KG, 50KG and other different types of steel cylinders and self-closing valves, intelligent valves, straight valves and other different types of bottle valves.
This machine has been tested by the City Gas and Thermal Research Institute of North China Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. The test result shows that when the leakage is greater than or equal to 0.109 ml/min(6.54 ml/h), 100 can identify the leakage and give an alarm.
